Prosedur Melaporkan Problem
  1. Langsung: pesan errornya saja. Jangan pakai 'ngga bisa jalan'.
  2. Cantumkan versi/rilis yang digunakan.
  3. Pakai screenshot, log, atau bukti lainnya. Lihat cara membuat Screenshot di sini.
  4. Bingung, kontak 0859-59-VOUCHA. Jangan salah nomor.
  5. Perhatikan jam kerja Senin-Jumat, 08.00-16.00 WIB

File installernya sdh 6mb, namun kl diinstall Error 1335: The cabinet file 'Data1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used....Tx

Belum selesai diupload, Pak. Tunggu kira2 jam 12.30 hari ini, karena dari tadi keputus di tengah jalan terus.

Maklum lagi lelet di sini. Cuma dapat 5kbps upload.

Akhirnya saya upload ke server lain dulu di Cempaka Putih kemudian diupload ke server di Kuningan. Sekarang siap didownload.

Ukurannya bukan 6MB, tapi 9MB.

File sdh di download dan terinstall dgn baik. Modem running GMI, GMM, CGSN dan CIMI OK; Namun jk kt kirim SMS ke nomor tsb, SMS tidak terbaca (status get simcard info), dan jk simcardnya dipindah ke HP, SMS baru diterima dan bs dibaca. Info tambahan, file log tidak ter create pd directory yg ditentukan, demikian, tks.
